15) You seem to have lost weight. (=It seems that you have lost weight)
16) Martin seems to be enjoying his new job. (=It seems that Martin is enjoying his new job)

17) I wouldn't dare to tell him. (dare is used as an ordinary verb here)
18) I wouldn't dare tell him. (dare is used as a defective verb here)
19) I daren't tell him what happened. (to)
